The back-and-forth was over Biyombo not being as tall as he's listed. Which he isn't. So I chimed in with his actual height, because it's readily available with two clicks of the mouse and a few key strokes. That was met with a chorus of "That doesn't count because he can still play center anyway!" (which I didn't dispute in the first place). I then had to point out that I said he could play center anyway. At which point I was essentially labelled as ridiculous for responding to a debate over a players' height with that players' height.

Their was a question as to how tall Biyombo is. The answer is six-foot-eight and change. Don't get angry at numbers because they aren't the ones you want them to be. If you're going to willingly use wrong numbers because they make you feel better, then fine, but don't pretend that it makes you a more knowledgeable fan.

Personally I'm amazed Biz hadn't gotten his toes crushed playing out on the court in his bare feet...but the fact that he hasn't is more proof on just how amazing he really is!

By that logic, the Panthers should only measure Cam Newtown in his cleats and helmets. When he's on the football field he stands 6'8", which is phenomenal for a quaterback.

Look, pretend Biz is a height he isn't because it makes you feel better, whatever. I'll just go on my way being right, and you keep spinning things in ways that make you happy.


In other news, Biz got another start last night, if I remember correctly, but got in some foul trouble in the first half. I don't want to rush him along and potentially have him get overwhelmed, but I'd rather start Biz and live with the growing pains than go with the likes of Diop or Tyrus (when he gets back).
