Kemba is improving as a distributor and @ 6 assists this year i think he is doing a decent job..he is never going to be a Rondo or Nash type and i dont think he needs to be...to be honest there arent many that can be at those 2 guys level....Rondo is probably the best passer of our generation...the guy averages nearly 13 assists a game and has lots of triple doubles and more games then i can count with 15 assists or more...Guys like Paul and Deron average around 10 a game and they are elite but i honestly dont think Kemba needs to do all that to be a great PG
6 assists a game is pretty solid....yes he needs to improve as a passer and i think he will as he continues to grow..1 thing thats really good about Kemba is that he protects the ball...unlike Felton and DJ he isnt a turnover machine...so that should go a long way for Kemba's credibility...his jump shot and ability to score in general has improved drastically and he has improved his PPG which has gone from 12-13 to around 17 a game...
Kemba is only in year 2 and with his heart , drive and being such a hard worker, i am very confident he will continue to improve..i definately think that he can become a great PG..i dont ever see him being an elite PG but i honestly dont think we need him to be..he can very easily be a top 10 PG and possible in the 4-6 range....its very possible that in a year or 2 that he can average 20 points and 7-8 assists a game ....in my book thats pretty damn good and more then enough to be our PG of the future and the guy that can lead us to the promise land..obviously this is my opinion but i will stand by it until he proves me wrong

Hope Resurrected: "I think I can bring an attitude to a team as far as, ‘All right, no matter what, we are not losing this game'." - Kemba Walker
"Its okay to be bad; just so long as you're bad ass." - Keetch
Let's discuss this when we have a PG that can lead the league in assist on our roster. Until then, it's moot. If I can recall I remember DJ was supposed to be that player last year before Kemba outplayed him and Sessions was supposed to be that this year until Kemba outplayed him. Both Sessions and DJ were labeled as distributing PGs, but Kemba beat them for the job. Remind you that they are both veterans compared to Kemba just learning the professional level of the game.

Who said Sessions was a distributor? He's a career 4.9 assist guy and has only broken 6 assists once (rookie season). And Kemba outplaying DJ last year had less to do with DJ's distributing (6.4 last year) than him completely falling off the cliff with his shooting and being a horrible defensive player.
You're new around these parts but I distinctly remember DJ getting much of the same praise a couple of years ago that Kemba is getting now
This is what I'm talking about. Any inkling of criticism towards Kemba and your jimmies are getting all rustled. Your smartass statement had nothing to do with any point being made.

You're getting individual games and season averages mixed up
