Either way, I have been thoroughly entertained this year.

Haven't been able to say that for 3 seasons now.

I agree with everything QC Thundercats said, but I still feel like this team would be well served to have more consistent line-ups to develop a rhythm and get used to playing with one another. As it stands now we're all over the place in that regard and I just can't see how that's helping.

Also the 3-4 guards and a big line-up he likes to throw out there... We give up way to much on defense for this to work. I get that he's experimenting but this is one IMO he should realize by now is killing us.

    Hear Hear.
Haven't felt this good about the current batch of Bobcats since our lone playoff appearance.
I like who we have and how our players are developing.

When we were winning, everyone wanted us lose for drafting purposes. Now we're losing and everyone wants us to win

QC with yet another stellar post. We should have a Poster of the Year award, and he already has my vote in the bag.

The bottom line for us along with knowing that our guys are being developed. Simple as that really.

I think it's hilarious that all of the coaches we've had seem to have a lesser grasp of rotations than the fans at home. I mean it's not like Dunlap spends hours a day personally working with the players or anything.

Us fans, though, boy do we know everything there is to know about the mechanics of the team's rotations

You are right but you have to admit we've had at least 2 (and I'd argue 3) "coaches" where one could probably make a case!

Our front line is Brendan Haywood, Byron Mullens, Bismack Biyombo and Gana Diop. Seriously.

I love Biz. He's come so far, but he's still very young and filling out physically. When he finally grows up, fills out and matches his body more fully to the motor skills of the game; he's going to be great.

Otherwise, our frontline is really pretty bad. The other 3 guys aren't exactly great athletes and get burned in so many ways during games by much more gifted players. I think we're missing TT quite a bit. He was a big spark before the injury.

MKG is just a kid and has a long wonderful career to look forward to. This year is about development for him; both physically and intellectually. It would be crazy to play him like a veteran so soon. He's like a thoroughbred still growing into its legs. MKG still has that young gangliness that time will refine. You can see it often in his rookie recklessness. There's no rush.

The guards are playing great; but their mostly small. It's tough to beat good teams on the sole will and talent of Kemba Walker and Ramon Sessions.

We'll need to wait a bit longer yet - for Biz and MKG to grow; and for more athletic bigs to arrive.

Well Silas was commissioned with a tank job, and the way he executed that mission exhibited skill beyond anything I've seen. I don't think anyone could've done a better job.

I am not dismayed one bit with this team. They are young. They are far better than what we have seen the past couple years. They are competitive in almost every game, and they are right there at the end of the game. They are just young and learning. I am very happy with the youth on this team and their talent. When I see Kemba, Biyombo, MKG, Hendo, JT and Mullens, I feel like we have a solid core of youth and good players upon which to continue to build. Play good competitive games, and be there at the end. If you lose, it just gives us another Top 5 pick. And with any luck, we get a young borderline superstar to add to what we already have. And that will put us in a position to be competing in the playoffs for many years to come.
I am very pleased with what I am seeing in the Bobcats so far.
