Revisionist history!!! My favorite thing. The NBA isn't an if/then statement and logic doesn't fit. Go out to shamsports.com or somewhere and add up what these guys are and have been paid since and tell me if 6th in the east is worth that.

Untrue. I talked to Felton's agent when all that was going down and he told me they were operating under the assumption that The Bobcats were no longer interested.

I take it least we would be in the playoffs u gotta understand after all years sucking I would let that team make the playoffs a few years then it would been fine to rebuild but blowing it up after one year we lost all those fans we won over by making the playoffs and it may take years to get them back like I said big mistake to blow it up after it took us so long to finally make the playoffs and get fans excited.

This needs to be repeated for those who apparently didn't know.

We offered Felton big money to stay. He turned it down to take less money on less years to go somewhere else. Nothing we could've done about that.

I'm surprised we made the playoffs with that team honestly. Was a good move to rebuild.

Not quite true. We offered him a big contract when he was RFA. When he was FA we didn't make any offer.

On topic...I was against breaking that team up but I've come to terms with it. I like where we're at now.

So we offered him a big contract and he turned it down? Sounds an awful lot like what I said.

Also, Bismack is 6'8 and Kemba is a 6th man. FLAME ME BRO

So to be clear, did the Bobcats make no offer or make an offer less than the $16 million deal he signed for with the Knicks?

if the goal is the have a team that can get a 5-8 seed, then yeah keep them together. if the goal is a team that compete for the Eastern Conference title, then you blow it up.
