Well he can hit an 18 footer so he is 1/2 of your categories at least.

just to be clear, i have never seen him play other than highlights, so that was more of a criteria not a snarky remark. i know he is compared to LJ so as long as he can defend and rebound at the pro level, then he will be fine. how is his low block game?

and before someone posts the argument about wingspan being more important, i disagree. wingspan is equally important but height/size is just as important. the shorter you are the better visual lines a taller opponent has and it makes a huge difference.
I think true height is overrated, but something should be said for simple having a bigger body structure with the potential for more mass.

Plus for someone clearly 7' he doesn't really pull down the boards as much as he should. I'd say it's something easily fixable if he wasn't already choking down a 6000 calories a day diet to put on what weight he has.
With Portland looking like they're going to finish either in the playoffs out west or in the ninth seed, I'm starting to think that Charlotte may want to take one of the top-rated shooting guards with their own pick and see which bigs fall into the mid-teens instead of going for one of the Noel-Len-Zeller-Gobert-Austin big men and hoping they work out. I'd feel better about getting someone closer to a sure thing at their position in the top five and then picking up a guy like Plumlee or McAdoo later in the draft.

I just have a feeling that we will get the Portland pick and use another asset (Gordon? Sessions? Cap Space?) to move further up and have two top 10 picks (our pick + trade up). McLemore and Bennett?

Didn't mean it to be a snarky remark! :/ sorry if it came that way, I didn't think you had seen him play do that's why I was just saying that he could shoot. Is also clipping 3s at over 40%

Not sure if this is the draft to move up and get two top 10 picks. Everywhere says there it's not a great draft 1-5 but 5-20 is all pretty strong

They said the same thing about last year's draft too. But supposedly the FO is very impressed with Bennett. Both he and McLemore could be great picks in the top 10 and fill huge needs. Both would spread the floor for Kemba and MKG and would fill two positional needs as well (SG and PF) while adding some offense (another thing we really need).
