I would have absolutely no problem with moving the Portland and Detroit picks along with anyone/thing not named Walker or Kidd-Gilchrist to secure one of McLemore or Shabazz and Noel, followed up by throwing whatever it takes at Al Jefferson in free agency.

he looks really good. i could definitely see him at any spot in the top 4 picks. the problem is, i have a draft crush on mclemore right now. i would be absolutely fine with trading biz, portland pick and taking on salary to try and move up to 2 first four picks and try to get both of them.

he def has to gain some weight but he is young so there is a chance there. good defense, better than i thought offense and pretty good basketball instincts. def see the camby comp.

oh and if i were jordan i would mandate he cut his hair. he looks like a pencil with a black eraser.
But that hair will help his height. If Biz had hair like that people wouldn't be calling him undersized. Remember, blocks come with your forehead. That hair is an extension.

Also, that will be his trademark. Remember how everyone was planning on getting unibrows for Anthony Davis? Now, everyone will be getting high top fade wigs. Some people will even get the actual haircut. Wouldn't that be a sight?

But seriously, he also is much better than Biz on offense in my opinion. He's not great by any means, but has shown to have decent footwork and a little bit of a hookshot.

I've also had a draft-crush on McLemore. However, we desperately need post guys and I think we need a combo guard type, or at least someone who can create his own shot and allow Kemba to play off the ball some (cough* Jeremy Lamb *cough). McLemore can't do either right now.

We can do this again if you want. If standing reach was all that mattered Jeff Adrien would be as legitimate a center prospect as any of the Zellers.

Are you declaring for the draft?? What are your wingspan and vertical numbers?

Certainly standing reach isn't all that matters, but it is pretty HUGE.

It's what keeps a 6'7" power forward with mild athleticism(Adrien) in the league.

And the lack of it is what keeps a 7'0", mobile, offensively-skilled big(a Zeller) from being anything beyond a solid rotation guy....

Which is why I said, in the initial argument, that Biz would be just fine at center most nights. Despite being a tad over 6'8". Which he is. There was a big to-do because certain people wanted to argue that he was almost 6'11".

(For what it's worth, Adrien's 6'5", not 6'7". I've met him, he's only slightly taller than me.)

I go by shoe height like the rest of the NBA. The official measurements have him at 6'6.5":

I can only go by the official measurements.

The initial argument must have been a few pages back. Haven't noticed it.

It wasn't in this thread. I don't care to have it again. All I'll say is, I go by actual measured height because it makes the most sense and corrects for any fudging of the numbers with sneakers. Adrien was measured 6'5.25" barefoot. Having stood next to him, I can tell you that that's right.
