Default Dunlap's weird rotations/player management style

Disclaimer: This is not a fire Mike Dunlap thread. Please don't turn it into one
To me the clearest indicator of Dunlap's lack of experience are the way he makes substitutions. We don't really seem to have consistent lineups and when I watch the team play a lot of the time it feels like he's just throwing random players onto the court and seeing what works. Furthermore, he get's it wrong a lot of the time too. Last night for example, Walker should have been benched after missing all those layups and Reggie Williams/Gordon should have been on the floor in the fourth quarter to match New Orleans 3 point shooting. I think something we need to adjust in our game plan is having a clear rotation instead of this grab-bag type thing we have right now.

This is just my observation, but I've been wondering how other people who've been watching feel about it.

I don't see the weird rotations like a lot of you guys do. Even in your example Betcats I personally wouldn't have taken Kemba out (Sessions was 1 for freaking 9) and I'm never going to be advocating Gordon or Williams being on the court. Neither can dribble for shit and both or so "hit/miss" that I'd rather have went with the more surer thing.
Hope Resurrected: "I think I can bring an attitude to a team as far as, All right, no matter what, we are not losing this game'." - Kemba Walker

I do feel that the rotations are simply a result of having such an unbalanced roster (injuries currently making it even more so). We are so guard heavy, and our best wing keeps getting into foul trouble, so that tends to lead to even more small/unbalanced ball.

Plus Dunlap, much like a number of our players, is learning the NBA game on the job.

It's usually because he has picked up two fouls. I'd love to see MKG stay in for longer too, but he plays on the edge and doesn't currently have the reputation to get away with the 50/50 calls.

taking someone out for 2 fouls shouldnt even be required when the guy is lucky to get 30 minutes anyway
