Kobe isn't exactly the model of efficiency, so using him would be a bad example. Also, I never said he had an off-game. I said 21 points on 21 shots is horribly inefficient. Especially for a big man who is supposed to be a skilled offensive player. And, well, it is horribly inefficient.

As for one of our big men having such a game, Mully has had a number of them since joining the Cats:

    --31 points (23 shots), 14 rebounds, 2 blocks, 2 assists from Mully (http://www.basketball-reference.com/...204060MIL.html)

    --27 points (15 shots), 8 rebounds, 2 blocks, 2 assists, 1 steal from Mully (http://www.basketball-reference.com/...211240WAS.html

If you want a chucker, we have one. AND he's not a potential team killer.
Those Sacramento fans are stupid, we all know that, but maybe we're a little stupid too. I know Biz is a good player and he will be great one day, but even if you add two first rounders (probably just inside the lottery) it's still an unfair trade for the kings
I don't see how. Cousins has already been suspended multiple times this year. His teammates don't like him, coaches can't work with him, and he's a chucker. Does he have talent? Yeah, but it's not like he shows it on a consistent basis and his being a true cancer to his team doesn't help his value at all.

(don't matter to me, but I doubt Sacramento would accept such an offer). If we really want Cousins the only trade in my opinion would be something like the following:

    Bismack Biyombo
    Kemba Walker
    Gerald Henderson
    2 x 1st
Thank goodness you aren't in Cho's position. That's a better deal than the Magic got for Dwight Howard.

Like everyone else, Kemba would obviously be off the table for me. I'd even consider dealing MKG if Cousins didn't have so much baggage. A talented big is the rarest commodity in the league, but since he's a head case including MKG is clearly not worth the risk. But I wouldn't hesitate to include Biz in any trade that could land us Cousins. Biz has shown some improvement, but not nearly enough to stand in the way of this deal. Biz is just frustratingly bad offensively and we won't take that next step until we have a respectable post player.

Kings wouldn't even be trying to trade Big Cuz if he didn't have that attitude problem.

To be fair, what the Magic got for Dwight has been considered by many to be one of the worst packages for a superstar player in history. They gave the Lakers top 5 protection on a 1st round pick for gosh sakes.

Some of you folk would run a video game franchise into the ground. Trade Kemba?? Really? Trade Bismack but keep Mullens? Trade Biz, Kemba, others, plus 1st rd picks for Demarcus Cousins? I fear for some of ya'll making choices in your daily life
As long as NC has a team, I'm going to cheer for it

Cousins is much better than Biyombo. I am not a fan of even bringing Cousins in, but If we could get him for the deal I suggested earlier: Diop, Henderson, Biyombo, and DET's 1st rounder, I would do it. I would have no hesitation trading Biyombo for Cousins if I felt confident Cousins could change

I really don't understand why trading Kemba Walker is such a preposterous notion. ESPN Insider just today posted an article about the NBA's current sophomore class. They had this to say about Kemba:

Walker is a great example of how different the pro game is from the college version. He is an excellent mid-range shooter with exceptional dribbling skills and dynamic attack moves. He's also become a steady hand at the point, with few turnovers and a decent feel for when and how to move the ball. But he can't come close to dominating the game the way he did at the college level, one small reason why his team has been so horrific since he's been there. He's proven to be a defensive liability on the worst defensive team in the league, which is also problematic. But there's no getting around the fact that he is surrounded with mostly "not ready for the NBA" teammates who hurt his overall cause, and despite them he is still a better-than-average player. On a better team, his talent would stand out more.
Full article w/ Insider subscription can be read here.

That isn't exactly a rave review, and stands in stark contrast to their effusive praise for Kyrie Irving. Irving is a great example of an actual franchise PG that should be "untradeable." Kemba? Not so much.

This is all moot though, since, with each day that passes, it becomes less & less likely we'll see Cousins end up here.

While I acknowledge that Cousins is more talented than any big on the team, this isn't the right locker room to turn him around. It'll be Sacramento 2.0 with him.

Also, Kemba's only okay on defense. He plays really hard on that end of the floor, but gambles a bit too much and is just a bit too small.
