You're right. Personally I think that Hendo would fit in great with the Brooklyn Nets as a 6th man and backup guard. Speaking of the Nets, we really missed out on the opportunity to sign Andray Blatche this offseason but so did the rest of the NBA. I wish we would've threw the money that we were offering to Carl Landry, Anthony Tolliver, and Antawn Jamison at Blatche instead. I guess that's for another thread but I'm becoming somewhat depressed by our frontcourt depth. Keep making those 3's Hendo.

Blatche is benefitting from playing in a veteran locker room focused on winning, which he obviously wouldn't have had in Charlotte. Andray on the Bobcats would have been more of the same, not a turnaround in his career. Same reason I'm against Cousins here but want him in Boston.
please everyone dont jump on the hendo bandwagon now. there where like 2 fans besides me who vouched for hendo and that was stephen jack and davzz(which i may have seen your faith sway alittle). i been stated that hendo every year is one of the only players who adds something to his game meaning he has alot of potential to become something special. hendo came in the lg as only a slasher, then he developed a mid-range, then post moves, and now this year a 3 point gm also added some good assist numbers.
im freaking losing my mind how ppl can mention hendo as an bench player ,bench players are usually one dimensional players or specialist..i dont know what hendo has to do to become a good player(although i think he's a great player). its like there is a hendo block on some of your brains that wont accept hendo as an above avg guard. its like ppl are thinking" hendo has range now, he plays defense and rebounds ,but there is something i dont like about him" and im so puzzled by that . there are maybe 4 swingman besides hendo that offer everything ;iggy, d-wade,kobe and paul george. these players are above avg/great guards. the only thing that separates hendo from other guards is that he doesnt have that star mentality to take over the game .

He's hitting the 3ball at 52% and still only putting up a TS% of 52.4
obviously he isnt a 50% 3pt shooter now and most likely not even a 40% shooter so when he eventually regresses to normal (even tho normal is hopefully a lot higher than his career %) his efficiency is gonna be back to really bad level unless he fixes whatever is going on in his 2pt game
also I'm trying to figure out what the hell they were talking about last night when they kept bringing up some stat about Hendo hitting 8 threes in a row. did anyone else get that![]()

Henderson really isn't that good. Even with the 3pt shot, he can't do anything because he can't dribble and he doesn't have it in his head to be a consistent scorer - he only knows how to be a volume scorer. He doesn't even draw fouls like he should.
He came to this team at the wrong time. I feel like in two or three years we'll all be wishing we had a guy like Henderson to come off the bench for us but he'll never be anything more than a complimentary piece. Where we are in the rebuild, we don't really have a place for him. Especially since he doesn't know how to score yet. He shouldn't be doing anything more than Danny Green duties (proving scoring within set offenses and playing good defense) because each time he tries to do his own thing he freezes out the entire team at once and he forgets to play defense like he should. He used to be one of the better defenders in the league but now he's just average with a tendency of making asshole fouls.
I like the guy, he just came at the wrong time.
his career shooting is 45%( thats great for a guard)since he entered the lg.why would he not even be a 40% shooter?
huh what ?hendo just turned 25 he's rite in between being on a rebuilding team and playing with a established team. hendo is avg about 5 free throw attempts a game since coming back . oh im sorry he doesnt flash you with unnecessary dribble moves but as i can recall lebron is a one drive player , hendo doesnt waste clock with iso dribbling when basketball 101 is you make one or two scoring moves or keep the ball rotating.
danny green doesnt even attempt mid rang shots he's more of spot-up 3 point shooter, he doesnt offer rebounding ,steals , blocks, and he doesnt even drive the ball. that was just a bad comparison ...please try again

im talking about from 3
his career efficiency has always been bad. its still bad even with unsustainable 3pt shooting. that means its prolly gonna get worse
Henderson is a good sixth man.. Nothing more than that. He's a solid player.
