Ok, different angle to explain why we should be patient with the Bizroast.

When you take a raw, physical specimen, you have to wait for him not only to develop his tangible skills, but to catch up on the mental side of the game. Maybe its hard to see how athletic he is because he has to think too much, and can't explode like he has the ability to.

Here is an example of a big, extreme athlete that took a few years to develop:
    Year 1: 5.8 minutes, 1.7 rebounds, .3 blocks, 1.1 points
    Year 2: 16.8 minutes, 4.8 rebounds, 1.1 blocks, 3.1 points
    Year 3: 26.8 minutes, 8.3 rebounds, 2.0 blocks, 6.0 points
    Year 4: 24.2 minutes, 8.2 rebounds, 1.6 blocks, 4.8 points
    Year 5: 34.5 minutes, 13.2 rebounds, 2.3 blocks, 6.4 points
    Year 6: 36.5 minutes, 13.0 rebounds, 3.5 blocks, 7.6 points
    Year 7: 39.4 minutes, 15.4 rebounds, 3.2 blocks, 6.9 points

4 time Defensive Player of the Year, 4 Time All-Star, 6 Time All-NBA Defensive Team, 5 Time All NBA Player

It took several years for the Fro'd one to develop. He didn't understand NBA level defense and rebounding positioning his first several years, but once he figured it out, he became the true beast.

Biz is very similar in dimensions and athleticism. It might not be next year or the next, but when that light comes on, don't you want a defensive monster guarding the middle for the next decade? I'll wait, especially for someone who seems he'd be loyal to us.

Somebody should Photoshop a a roast with Biz's face on it. Either that or Biz with Mickey Mouse hands...too funny.

So...we'll have to wait until 2018 before Bismack make a impact in the NBA like the Fro'd one? That's a slow roast.
