If Dunlap sees this roster through the growing pains to the point where they're seriously thinking playoffs he'll deserve at least one season to show what he can do with a decent roster. Doc Rivers looked dead in the water and had people calling for his job the season before Boston rebuilt and he outcoached Phil in the Finals. You can't really tell what a coach can do with a good roster when he's coaching flotsam, re-treads, and guys on rookie deals.
