I don;t think either of thease guys fit our long term plans . Mostly because of age . With Favors and Kanter. Milsap may be a option . I don't think he can get any thing close to a max . In todays NBA you have the haves and the have nots very little in between . Whitch might let us slide in and get him fairly cheap . With a short contract. 2, 3 years six per . ??

    Thanks Ammofan!

If he's going to take six per he'll just take the full mid-level with a contending roster or stay in Utah, where he's already got friends, family, and a home. Getting a veteran onto a bad team means you have to overpay on the per season or give him an extra year, and I don't see either being smart options for Charlotte right now.

I think he ends up signing a contract kinda like Sessions contract. DJ Augustine thought he was going to get a four year contract at 7 per / He ended up with a one year contract for 3.5 milion. And is now burried at the end of the bench. With more and more teams fearing tax hell only proven all star talant will get max contracts . Mid-level contracts will end up being few and far between. As the tax becomes more each year . No way the Jazz can afford to keep all the bigs they have now. Value may be just letting Jefferson walk?

    Thanks Ammofan!
