All the time. Happens whenever i go back to sleep in the morning after waking up. Its hard to stay in the dream once you become lucid at least for me...wake up very easily during it. ive never studied up or read on it tho

It happens every once in a while, but it's hard to trick yourself that you are unaware of the fact that you are dreaming. I think all those instruction videos and sites are bullsh*t, they're saying things like that you need to lie down motionless for 15 minutes in order to let your mind part with your body and all, but it didn't work for me. The thing I do is to picture an object in my mind sort of like American dad, that way it'll be easier for me to sleep, and let my brain do the rest.
