Afer last night playing against a very depleated Atlanta team . We wasn't even competive. I suspect MJ is going crazy . Watching him shake his head so much i thought he was going to walk out on the floor last night and fire the whole coaching staff. Im sure he was thinking im better than those guys at 50 years old. Bottom line hes fed up and im geting really sick of watching college ball at pro prices.
This team is 29th in value . 29th in ticket sales . 30th in tv rev, And MJ has lost 19 mil this season . No body can go many seasons like this.

I don't know how much longer can I put up with all of this losing. I tried to be patient for the past 2-3 years, but this rebuild is the definition of blind faith. We're on track to break almost every losing record in franchise & NBA history by next season. I don't see many arrows pointing up. If the plan is to tank, or for a better use of words, develop players for another season after this season then I think I'm going to have to jump ship from following my home team & start following my favorite players not named Kemba Walker. I can barely watch them on TV anymore and won't waste a dollar on tickets to see them in person when they aren't trying to put the best team on the floor.

Kemba simply had an off night and got frustrated.

If he's off his game, and he is human, then the team struggles. Until we get a back-to-the-basket Big we will remain overdependent on our guards, especially Kemba, for our points & production.

Default Dear lord this box is ugly

It seems to me their trend is to play really well, have a win in their hand and choke it, then play listless the next couple games, with a blowout mixed in there. After a couple days off, they get focused and rested, play really well, and whoops, choke at the end again.

But this game truly sucked. Without Bobcat killers Horford and Lou Williams, we still get dominated? Don't we know Korver can nail 3s, so we should never help off of him, like ever.

So what if Josh Smith is balling, let him prove he's mini Hakeem and go for 40 first, but don't focus all your defense on him and let the other shooters get wide open looks.

That was just a pitiful effort last night. I think Kemba had an off night, but man, the lack of ANY productive big really showed last night. Couldn't hardly get a rebound to save their lives and I don't know how many times I saw them staring at each other like they thought the other guy was supposed to rotate after the Hawks scored in the paint. And for as much deserved flack Biz gets for having hands of stone, Haywood needs a pallet of Stickum applied to his hands before games. I've never seen guys have so much trouble just even catching the ball.

They'll get it together, but they will have to get some talented bigs in here first. I think there's a good chance they'll be rather active come the trade deadline. I don't know if it'll be a blockbuster, but I'm willing to bet we get some frontcourt help come late February.

This is the first game I remember Jordan sitting on the bench with the guys in a while. I think Curtis Polk was there sitting with him. He was very emotional, I was sitting across the floor and watched him most of the night. When the Cats cut it to the 7th in the 4th and the crowd got into it a bit, he stood up getting into it as well.

If there is any doubt he isn't all in it was erased last night. He did leave during a timeout with about two minutes left, but so did most of the crowd. I think honestly before we see moves made he wanted to get a look up close at the guys. It was kind of a weird vibe in there all night too. I think we're about to see some moves made though, Jordan has always said he wants to be active at the trade deadline and on draft night.

Ive been hearing rumored trades from a couple frinds no real sorce i can provide.

Gasol for Gordon and Diop with either the Portland or the Pistons pick.
Its a bandaid at best til we can finish rebuilding , Gasol being 32 and it prevents us from signing any max contract next season unless we use the animasty on TT.
Team outlook is so bad right now im affraid we might make another stupid move .

I really don't think we will do anything stupid. Going by his track record of trades/moves while with us, Cho has shown himself to be an astute operator.

The moves we make in this trade window and the coming off-season will clearly indicate our aim for next season. If we don't go for a genuine NBA Big, who can rebound and work in the post at both ends of the court, that signals one more year of 'tanking' and a realistic shot at Wiggins. Without a genuine Big, as described, the likes of Kemba/MKG/Taylor/Biz etc. can play their hearts out, and hopefully show genuine improvement, without us being able to win enough games to take us out of a top 3 pick.

Everyone just breath. Again... for the 4th time this season. We knew it would be this bad. If you thought we were gonna be a playoff team, thats your own fault.

We won 7 games last year and got blown out by 30 in many games. We were rock bottom. Now we added some driftwood from around the league and drafted a couple of very raw, very young kids.

Instead of rock bottom, we are now in the shallow end. We still suck, but we're headed in the right direction. If you don't want to wait, I hear the Lakers have some spots on their bandwagon open these days.
