Tickets...probably not, merchandise...yes completely, concessions...yes completely.

Loyalty is something that is earned over time.

I just don't see the overwhelming increase in ticket sales from the 'ground-swell' that is supposedly sweeping the Queen City. I was expecting a lot stronger showing last weekend from the Hornets supporters. Merchandise profit is watered down potential because the lions share of Charlotte based purchases are done outside of the Arena, so MJ would bank 1/30th of each dollar of profit from most any increase in merchandise profits.
