That doesn't work well when none of the bigs can reliably hit a jumpshot and Kidd-Gilchrist is on the floor with his broken jumper. If only two of your players area a threat to hit from outside fifteen feet it's remarkably easy for the defense to pack the paint and make you take bad shots.
Speaking strictly about next season and beyond, you can get away with it just fine if your power forward has a good jumper. It's a big reason why you can't play any hustle/energy/defense guys (Hickson, Hansbrough, Noel, etc) long minutes in the starting lineup if you intend to keep Biz and MKG around as building blocks.
