Which is why most ppl would obviously wait to see what happens in the draft before trading MKG.

Unless someone wants to give us a talented young big this year or next before the draft (not gonna happen)

We get one of the other 7 SFs that are projected in the top 10 for 2014. The best big man for 2014 right now according to nbadraft.net is a guy named Diop from Senegal. We could just go the cheap route and save all Ganas gear for that kid

I am not thrilled about the bigs in this yrs draft or the next.

We are gonna need to make a move in FA imo

if anyone is watching the detroit game, MKG just had the dunk of his life. after that alone we cant trade him.

at only 19 he can still develop that "jump shot" and he always plays great defense. i really think he doesnt get any calls as a rookie and since his game is driving to the hoop, his scoring is lower than would it should be. definitely one for the future

Gonna be hard for him to change that jumper. Still is doing the same ugly hitch like he did in hs and college.

He needs to ditch that form and go with something more conventional. Couldnt be much worse % wise and it will improve with reps and time.

We should have known this is what we were getting but for reasons I still don't understand some people were declaring that he would become the most talented player in bobcats history. I was criticized for saying he was nothing more than a solid role player, which is exactly what he appears to be. Very rarely do bad shooters become good shooters. This is likely a trait that will be with him his entire career. Despite all the hustle and grit, he simply lacks the offensive skills required of a superstar. I'm not saying we should give up on him or trade him. I'm not sure what we could get for him in a trade anyway. I think he can become a solid player, but I never thought he'd be a star so how he's played so far is not a shock at all to me.

While I certainly dont think he will become a superstar I think he can be a nice piece on a title team. (supporting role) Only want him dealt for a quality young big.

With that said im sure we will get fugged again in the draft next yr and end up with the 3rd pick.

Even if we dont get first pick, so what? This year everyine knew A. Davis was cant miss. And he was, but players like lillard have proven that sometimes missing out on that one sure thing player, doesnt mean you got no talent from the draft. Shit, look at fareid and kaehi from the year before, or Kemba compared to almost everyone before him except Kyrie. As long as we are picking top ten there is a chance to really help the team out. Sure ... we all want a cant miss zuperstar for obvious reasons... but sometimes its hard to tell where that will come from. We all remember where jordan was picked...
