I know the answer has been posted at some point in the past but I don't understand at all how arbitrary who gets to see the games is. I've never had a problem watching a televised Bobcats game as a TWC subscriber, whether C-SET, News14, and now FoxSports and I live in the small community of Arcadia (God Bless Us!) in northern Davidson County, a couple miles south of Winston-Salem, a good 70 miles north of Charlotte. To up the ante, my dad lives in Stokes County, 30 or so miles more north than I do of Charlotte and he gets the games on TWC. He lives much much closer to Virginia than Charlotte...and he gets the games!
I don't know if this is a legacy of Bobby J and his C-Set debacle or what, but it's just been amazing how difficult it has been to air Bocats games in the Carolinas....the region the team represents.
Consequently, the numbers OP posted don't bother me. In fact, I'm still impressed we've never been last in attendance considering all the chaos and folderol that has surrounded the franchise these last 9 years. I argue we have the best fans in the league to have put up with so much and gotten so little success or hope over the years.
