--The Lady Cats, Charlotte's dance team, did a second-quarter number that required them to line up in a V-shaped formation from the top of the key through the free-throw lane, right where the Pistons' coaches were meeting. The coaches were dislodged by the dancers and had to take their strategy session elsewhere.

How it probably happened: the girls fluttered over and in a moment of confusion the Pistons' staff just walked away.

How I imagine it: One lady cat initiates by back-flipping from one side of the court to the other, ending in a spinning Chun-Li style tornado kick followed by the rest of the girls rushing in with flying elbows and headbutts. The staff is finished off by a Lady Cat going high-wire on the top of the backboard and knee dropping on Lawrence Frank's forehead. Rufus comes over and does the sprinkler as the coaches are dragged off by their ankles.
