i just realized that when you look at the players they are in order of contract size-
usually they are the best players at the top and scrubs cascading down their roster, but not so in our case..
when the top 3 players you'd LOVE to move on the team have the largest, most albatross contracts and next to 0.00001% value, you have the Charlotte Bobcats roster.
seriously- our "untouchables" are near the bottom of our roster, making less that 3 mil
I am now getting into the boat of amnesty Tyrus in the offseason, let Diop expire and retire off into the sunset and then possibly move Gordon's 12.4mil expiring next year for a future draft pick.
Well aren't you two just a big ray of sunshine this morning? Hey, if anything good can come of trading Gordon, Cho will find a way to do it. It isn't the end of the world.
As much as I want Gordon gone (and good gracious alive, do I want him gone yesterday) he was always going to be a difficult sell because of his salary next year. Drop his temper tantrum on top of that and it makes getting a decent deal for him even more difficult. Now, when it comes draft time and Gordon's an expiring....well, that's a different story then.
