Mullens was lonely, we needed another white guy for the racial diversity quota. I think we might be slightly over our light skin to dark skin ratio though
As long as NC has a team, I'm going to cheer for it

Tyler is saying that they extended the window for the TPE. The Anderson TPE expired on July 9th, so basically they renewed 3.1 million of it (McBob's salary) for approx. 7 months.

They didn't save anything and actually lost a couple hundred thousand (prorated diff. between the two). They did keep flexibilty though so I guess that was their motivation. Their cap as is stands around 48 million which is ridiculous considering. LOL at Turk and his 12 million player option. Makes me feel slightly better about the Cancer's PO next season (not really).

I for one like the trade. Makes us younger and saves MJ some money. Does not hurt us one bit.

McRoberts does like to pass, which is an overall team weakness on the Bobcats. Streaky shooter, got the size to be a good rebounder. Also a 32.7% career 3-point shooter.
Agree he could develop into a poor-man's Byron Mullins under Dunlap. Mullens is a way better player this season working with Dunlap.
Warrick relies more on his quicks and agility to get boards and score. For whatever reason, he has fallen off in his play the last several years.

Actually, we to buy the Orlando Magic a $300 gift card to Denny's, so we actually lost money.

McRoberts makes less than Warrick by about $800,000. Bobcats sending Magic some cash as part of transaction.
    so there you go

Wait...there was cash involved and we weren't the recipients?

    PROGRESS!

I've had my eye on McBob too. IMO he could end up being a very useful player for us. I don't see him as a poor man Mullens tho; more of a big distributor (not great, but decent) that we've sorely lacked.

    Definite upgrade over Warrick.
