Decent representation over at Reddit... the Bobcats fan demise has been greatly exaggerated.

I really do wish stories like this got onto espn or even the Charlotte Observer. But sadly, the media likes to focus on sad stories and drama, so that's why everyone still thinks Jordan and the front office are terrible.

But from all the anecdotes I hear, they really do get it in the executive office, and they take care of people all the time. I guess when the media decides you're a villain or a punching bag, they won't change it no matter what happens.

Maybe I should start a media empire that only focuses on positive stories, since that doesn't get press. I'd also probably be broke and homeless by the end of the year though, so there's that...

So this is my second stint as a season ticket holder and the experience is a complete 180 from the beginning of the franchise. So much better now. Kudos to MJ and Fred Whitfield for the work that has been done with the staff.

I'm also a Panthers PSl Holder and the Bobcats ST experience is so much better.

I also ran across this and I was shocked, I forgot how f'ing expensive the tickets were back then... My currents seats are 54% cheaper than they were during the first season in the new arena.

This is true but, they do a fantastic job of serving their current customers. ( well I can't speak for everyone but, I'm very satisfied with their efforts off the court)

I think he's talking about the free promotions they did earlier in the year where they gave away tickets to everyone in attendance because someone hit a 3 in the 4th quarter ( I think it was Kemba).
