If they're that fervently religious then they'd be finding other reasons to complain. "That heathen MJ spends all his money on booze and poker, I can't support his team"

I'm honestly not very religious so I don't want to sound insensitive, but if a gambling sponsorship is your line in the sand then you probably aren't much of an NBA fan in the first place.

It's my first post, so I'll jump in I guess. Completely understand where your in-laws are coming from. I do think at times the lady cats are over the top. As a "conservative" Christian father of two that bothers me as well. However, I know that when I purchase a ticket, I'm not purchasing a ticket to a church service. So, I'm there to watch basketball only, and could care less about in game entertainment. Most of the time I'm on my NBA app looking at stats anyway. With that being said, I do think the Bobcats could reach out on occasion with something like a Faith and Family Night like most teams have. JMO!

Welcome to the board golfmania! I think the bobcats are slowly switching over to a more family friendly atmosphere and that was part of the reason for this post. Just wanted to gauge people's responses since for some this is an important subject.

what about the poor vegans who have to suffer thru the the ladywhores trying to shove boxes of fried chicken at them? or on tv when they are subjected to the KFC bucket chart?

what about the poor diabetics who are tortured when they bring out the krispy kreme donuts and parade around with giant cotton candy?

recovering alcholic you say? dont look at the bud light social media board.

remember that time when the section of christian scientists stormed out of the arena when they saw the Presbyterian hospital ads?

and lets not get started on those monsters husqvarna who are destroying the rain forests with their evil chainsaws.

Not enough hipsters to cover that much ground. Gotta start with that damned Bobcats name first!

As long as NC has a team, I'm going to cheer for it
