Guys like dwight and smith are always exciting, but i prefer to dream about somehow getting the younger guys that seem poised to have a breakout soon- like hibbert and aldridge did in recent years. Still very good players, but not quite on the same tier as howard. I dont know who those next guys will be, but they seem like the best choices. Off the top of my head maybe larry sanders, jason thompson, thad young, or one of the morris twins?

I would take Jackson, but there is no way he would ever consider this job. Howard is a total head-case and I just believe he has held his teams hostage the last two-three years. Josh Smith, in my opinion, is a bit overrated for the price he is seeking. I wouldn't offer him anything close to a max deal. I would much rather have Nikola Pekovic and JJ Hickson. These are two guys who are incredibly physical amd gritty.

JJ Hickson all the way for me. Experience and great shooter.

Roy Hibbert isn't very good lol. Very soft and can't finish, or rebound. All he does is block shots now

A lot of people are saying the scouts actually think Jabari Parker will translate to the pros better because he is more humble and willing to learn. Regardless, Wiggins or Parker would be great if they continue to progress. You never really can tell with these high school kids.

I like all of the players listed above, but most of them will get max salary in the near future. I would rather go after players who aren't at that point yet, like J.J. Hickson was two years ago.
