Yesterdays game prves why he should play more minutes !!, 12 and 8 in the first half after he played 19 minutes.
I loved what I saw out of MKG last night. Too bad the guard play was disappointing or it would have probably been nice win.
He his definatley getting more confident shooting his jump shot and this will help him in future seasons becasue defenders won't be able to give him space from 25ft
He has some ridiculous core strength. Past few games he's drove hard to the basket, taken a lot of contact and still finishes. The lad is surprisingly strong. You wouldn't think it either with his skinny frame. He's not built like Bad Porn was, or Lebron, but he's really got some strength there.
Already reminds me of Wallace. The hustle, passion and rebounding prowess. Could show amazing rebounding numbers like Wallace and Marion did in their primes, and can only continue to get better.
Proud Australian Bobcats Fan!!!
I can't remember who, but somebody earlier this year mentioned that MKG is the best finisher with contact this team's ever had, and that's so true. Every game he seems to have at least one basket where he takes contact (of course, rarely gets a call) adjusts, and puts it off the glass for 2. It's a thing of beauty to watch. Love me some MKG!
"The Charlotte Hornets name has been a mainstay throughout the region for many years, and we are excited to announce our intention to re-establish this historic brand. We believe that its return will galvanize our fan base by unifying our loyal Bobcats fans with those who have strong memories of our city's NBA predecessor." MJ, 5-21-13
Only thing that worries me about MKG is the way he walks after a foul he looks like he's shook up and he limps a lot lol. He's got a really weird walk, I'm always like "did he get hurt or is he just walking like that?"
