Why the hell does it matter what number he got picked when 2-6 were pretty much a crap shoot. Plus it isn't like he is a bench player because he isn't any good, he would be behind Wigging (it's crazy we're even discussing this) who has potential to be one of the best players in the draft in years.
Honestly, even if we dont land Wiggins, we will be fine.. Gordon looks really great, a couple others as well. At this point, this draft class looks heavy with talent. If Gordon impresses in college like i think he will, Wiggins may not go first in this draft class. Seriously, 2nd or 3rd wont be bad to pick at either. But,Wiggins and MKG on one team looks like a great problem to have.

why is everyone just talk wiggins how about Randle and Vonleh 2 quality bigs who could go top 5
Don't know how well he'll go in college, and I've heard his rebound and defense are rather suspect, but seems to be an excellent choice to pair up with a more defensive oriented Center (Smack/Noel)
Gordon as you said is more of a tweener. 6'8 but makes up for it by being an explosive athlete, excellent fundamentals and his height doesn't stop him from being a terrific rebounder.

With 3 quality picks next year we will be able to gain an abundance of talent. Definitely can get Wiggins along with two quality bigs which could turn this team around in a hurry. I just hope we don't try to do too much in free agency and instead are patient and continue to build in the draft. We have a single pick this year that should be used on the best available player. Next year is when we can afford to be a little picky with who we draft. But having a young team, they will learn how to play together so no worries with a potential Wiggins/MKG lineup.
