Draft position fight with Orlando

The setup: We and Orlando have two games left. Orlando leads us by one game for the worst record. Their final two games Bulls and @Miami. Our final two Knicks and Cavs. We won the regular season series against them 3-1. We have a better division record: 6-10 vs. 3-12. So if both of us finish with the same record do they get the most balls on lottery night?

It appears that Orlando will take Smart regardless of pick, and with us seemingly down to Noel and McLemore, it really won't matter who gets the top pick as long as its us or the Magic

Now lets hope Reggie stays a Bobcat after this summer. I don't think I could keep it together if they both leave.
