I really don't see them trading Cousins and one big reason is spelled out here:
One fact not bandied about so much is that the sale to the new group is contingent on them getting a new downtown arena and I think they have to be in it for the 2015 season. What'll happen if they don't? I'd guess it's coceivable that they could make the sale null and void and entertain alternate owners as a worst case.Dan Fegan is a smart man. He knows that the Kings organization has to continue to make big splashes with the new ownership to show fans they can trust the team again. This causes fans to be willing to continually spend money on tickets, merchandise and more, which gives the ownership a successful business venture. And if the team is successful, there won't be any problems finalizing the new downtown arena plans.

Not sure that they want to move him dav...at least the owner keeps saying no but they might be trying to drive his price up so who knows...
