I would love to add another first as we get another player and it makes the whole process more interesting and entertaining... However, if there was ever a draft where you shouldn't go trading for picks this is it. People say there is deep talent but in truth it's pretty weak, the only way we get another pick is if it's part of a larger deal or we fall in love with someone further down the board.
Our Portland pick is going to be in the 2014 draft next year, even though it might not end up being as high as #13 this year it will still be more valuable. Say it goes at #20, it's still early to speculate but I don't see next years #20 being significantly worse than this years #13. Truth is if Gobert or Adam were in next years draft they would probably get pick in the mid to late first round.
Finally, having 3 pucks next year could be great to use as trades bait. Could possibly help us move up into the top 3 if we were to end up with #5 or #6.
