If you don't find what you are looking for at ATD, you can always try Geeks.com. They were my one-stop shop for years (still are for good prices on components) and they are great with returns from my experience. But remember, you don't need to spend much at all if you just want to get your feet wet in web programming as Ziggy & DorkLord suggested. Your Mac will do just fine for that at a basic level. If you want to buy something because it would make this more fun, get a multi-core processor and focus on processor/ram/disk speed rather than video resolution or video processing. There's a lot of free devtools for Windows if you are comfortable in that environment which can make at least web development cost a low barrier to entry.
