'Kemba , A top five point as far as speed goes . He plays the passing lanes well . In the past he has had problems playing help D , Leaving his man for the open three .The main problem is he's never been coached a good pro system. It's different ever year. Im Saying the exact same thing for Henderson and J Taylor too , Both are great on the ball defenders . So desire or physical ability isn't the problem with them either . MKG , has all the tools to guard any three in the league . Though he has no idea where to be. His D last year was all instinct witch leaves you out of position . Last year we had NO p/f who could guard the pick. slow ,desire, what ever ,it killed us . Now with Zeller as fast as he moves his feet stopping the pick is going to make ever ones job much better. In my opinion his foot speed is the best part of his game . Jefferson is slow footed , but isn't as bad as most think he is . The problem is we can't depend on him to stop ever thing coming into the paint. Time and structure should make those guys decent, at worst ,with the right coaching . Don't really see any lazy hear, except B Gordon, Just guessing top 20 in giving up ppg. With ability to be much better.

Can I add one big consolidation trade sometime in the 2014 calendar year, be it at the trade deadline or the 2014 offseason (which is technically 14'-15')? Especially if Detroit and Portland both make the playoffs. There's just no way to focus on developing Kemba, Zeller, MKG, Biyombo, Taylor, and three first-round picks from the 2014 draft while also finding adequate playing time for Henderson, Jefferson, and Sessions.
Just a question;
would you agree when saying that Big Al is a Top 10 center in the lg and Kemba is a Top 15 PG in the lg?!
IMO they are...
Kemba is arguably top 10 now. Top 15? yes, easily.
I would say Kemba is still outside the top 10 and will remain to be so until he shows he can lead his team in the play offs. Some may question my top tier, especially Mike Conley. Conley has proven himself to be a top defensive point guard, has made team USA, lead his team in the playoffs and been a strong all round point guard. For me his career achievements push him into the top 10 above those like Rubio, Jennings etc. But the rest are pretty self explanatory, some may say Jrue is overrated but he did just make his first all star team. Jrue put up relativity strong numbers on a pretty talentless 76er team. Finally I see Kemba fitting into tier 2 and ranking ahead of Jennings, Dragic, Hill, Rubio and on a similar level to Lawson, Lillard, Teague. That will leave him ranked approximately 16th in the league, but that is pretty fluid and I am 100% sure people will have higher, lets just all agree that he is arguably a top 15 point guard as of right now
Tier 1 ~(Top 10)~
Tier 2 ~ (Top 10-20) ~
