Taylor 22 points 4 rebounds 6 assists (5-11 FG, 3-7 3PT)
Eurobasket starts tomorrow and Sweden will face Greece. Then on thursday it's Sweden-Finland and that should be good.
"Taylor returns to help Sweden"
Jeffery scored 16 points (5-11 FG) but Sweden never really had a chance in this game. He didn't play at all in the 4th quarter.
Finally I got good news about Taylor. Sweden just beat Russia 81-62. Jeff's stats: 25 points 6 rebounds 4 assists (7 turnovers).
And here's the 360 dunk.

Jeff has followed up from his summer league performance where he was asked to be the go to guy. He has been very aggressive in terms of FGA per game and has really put the team on his back, this all bodes well for the season as having that confidence to make a play and being less passive was one of the key things that held him back last year. One thing that I have found interesting is how the rest of his game has come on apart from his scoring, his rebound rate (4.0 RPG) is still pretty average considering how athletic he is, especially compared to the level of competition in Eurobasket. Secondly, he appears to be handling the ball a lot more right now, I feel he is still learning how to run the offence through him, his assist numbers have been improving (2.0 APG) but his turn overs have been high (4.7 TPG). This shows that his ball handling and more likely his decision making has been poor, however the fact that he has been put in that situation now will help him in the future, nothing like being thrown in the deep end to learn how to swim!
JT looked really good against Russia. His jump in confidence on the offensive end of the ball is very apparent and nice to see. The 360 dunk and reverse and-1 were both sweet along with his aggressive slashes to the rim.
