Thought I would create a thread about or shiny new toy, looks like he is back in Charlotte working out with Kemba, Biz, McBob and a few others. First thing I notice he looks in better shape in this picture, he doesn't even look that chunky which he normally does.
Also here is the video with him from Bobcats.com http://www.nba.com/bobcats/video/201...sonmov-2591785

my thought exactly. Big Al looks slim, good news for his knees, hence good news for us. I hope for him that he will get his first All Star nomination this season, while we still get a top 5 draft pick if course...
Man, cant hardly wait for the season to begin. Particularly because D12 will be dominated by Big Al and Big Biz in the first game! Oh Yeah!!!
i'm expecting him to single-handily resurrect ben gordon's career.

edit: about Ben Gordon, I'm under the impression that Big Al mentions Gordon in every other interview (him and Haywood), so I really got the feeling that Big Al is in Gordon's ear and demands effort and dedication of him (them). Big Al understands that only if the veterans step up, the young guys will be in a better situation to carry their weight. 13,5 per is a lot of doe, but I believe it is an investment that goes beyond the hardwood.

I like AL, I just think he was signed a year too soon.
Regardless, it'll be awesome to see a competitive team on the floor.
agreed, D12 is very over rated and big Al is the much better player on offence. I feel D12 was the bad signing.
I also remember Harden getting his own personal "Block Party" from Biz last year, think he had seven blocks at the end of that night, that was FUN
