The guy looks engaged, but not panicked. I think that is exactly what a young team needs to handle the ups and downs of the season.
Been meaning to make a topic on this....
I loved the timeout and ass chewing last night and love to hear him barking out assignments in the background while Dell & Steve are talking.
The name of one of the inbound plays was really funny but, I can't remember what he called....
my favorite timeout since the infamous "emeka, dunk the g-damn ball" from larry brown. i loved how he knew they weren't engaged defensively, yelled at each one of them in their eyes for 10 secs, then left and let them work it out. good coaching when used correctly.
We actually score off inbound plays, a few games ago we even scored an alley oop on a inbound play.... I have never seen that from any bobcats team
I've been very impressed with Clifford. I really liked his interviews in the offseason and he definitely sounded like he knew what he was talking about and was confident in everything he said. He has made this team a great defense and seems to be very likeable.
Based on the butt-chewing, he does not like giving up fastbreak points one bit. I like him a lot.
Defensively we are improved. Clifford is a fantastic coach.
