Now this is a trade target that makes sense. He fits well with the current guys in place, his contract isn't onerous, and he's only 25. I really have no idea how highly Philly values him, but he's basically what everyone's hoping Zeller eventually becomes. Phlly's not going to want to take back any long-term money, values first round picks highly, and would rather have young guys locked into rookie deals (basically Zeller) than guys on mid-level deals in their prime (Henderson). I suppose the two ways to construct a deal would be to either
A) Start with Sessions' contract, and then tack on one of the young guys (probably Zeller, Biz makes no sense for a team that just took Noel) or a simple placeholder like McRoberts or maybe even Haywood and make up the balance with first-round picks (obviously you have to give up more picks if you go veteran placeholder instead of Zeller or another young guy - no, Taylor doesn't count).
B) Start with Gordon's expiring contract and offer to eat Jason Richardson's deal along with getting Young, while throwing in something like the Detroit pick or Cody (or possibly the Portland pick and Cody).
Note: McRoberts essentially has a no-trade clause because he's got one-year Bird rights, so it's tough to just toss him into theoretical trades if he doesn't want to go anywhere.
