Matt Moore of CBS Sports has a nice write up on Steve Clifford.
As mentioned in the article, I think the most important thing he's doing here is building a culture. That's a major step in moving the franchise in the right direction.

Soo happy with the guy.
We got lucky with him, also.
Good defensive coach but I am not very impressed with his offensive prowess. Kemba is being way under used / mis-used imo. Sessions has too big of a green light. MKG needs to attack and post up more. Zeller is drifting too far out of the paint / his range, need to utilize his quickness in iso situations. Clifford is utilizing big Al to his credit.
Which means he'll probably leave them hanging to take the Cavs or Bucks job next year.
By the way, came across one of the most insightful articles I've read about coach Clifford and the team. Real interview questions about real basketball topics from apparently a real NBA writer who's not really from Charlotte .
I highly recommend the article, it explains further his defensive thinking, his substitution patterns, etc.
Nice to have an actual article about the Bobcats out there. They do exist! I think Clifford is making pretty good progress.
the picture of the locker room poster/team goals alludes to why they signed big Al. clifford is an inside/out coach on offense.
Damn good article. Why can't we get this from our own paper?
The Original Charlotte Hornets - 1987-2002 - RIP
The Current Charlotte Bobcats - 2004-2014 - Its Been Fun
The New Charlotte Hornets - 2014-Always - The way it always should have been...
That is a great article. It has a great ammount of insight on Clifford's philosophy and is just a superb writing job.
