And as has been pointed out, there are 96 minutes to divide up between your shooting guard and your small forward positions. MKG's role wouldn't change whether or not he starts. He's only playing 26 minutes a game as it is. MKG continues to play his 26 minutes a game exclusively at small forward, that leaves 35 minutes for Henderson, 35 minutes for Turner. If you can get a great deal for MKG right now, hell, do it. We can't, and we won't.
Edit to add: Also, it's not MKG's third year.

I would pray some dumb GM would think MKG still had nice upside / potential and would be willing to part with a good player (due to over talent at one position/money or pick)
If I couldnt get something nice in a deal I wouldnt deal him.
We wont find a great deal for MKG, but a good deal is not out of the realm of possibility.
Right now, and until a deal is actually done, everything is a rumor. Cho has never tipped his hand so I have serious doubts about anything I hear at this point. Plus, Bonnell is the one that started this and when has he been correct about anything the team is doing...
And for the record, I don't like Turner that much. He was great early in the season, and has gotten worse as the season went on. I wouldn't mind the deal though, because we wouldn't have money tied up in him beyond this season.

just asking if we trade BG for Turner , We going to need about 6 million more dollars of filler just to make it work. The filler in this question makes or breaks the deal,
Sessions contract makes more sense because we don't need much filler .
And I think BGs expiring would do wonders in free agency, Plus cap flexability. I don't want to be contract straped like we was a few years back with no assets.
