Kentucky fans warn the Bobcats about Tubby

After blogging about Tubby Smith possibly being the Bobcats next coach, I received some emails from Kentucky fans that were not overly impressed with his coaching performance for UK and would be glad to be rid of him, heres an example of one I received:

As a loyal UK fan in Louisville, I was wondering if you guys are hearing anymore serious rumors about Tubby taking the Bobcats job at the end of the year. We are very anxious here in Wildcat country to make a change and think that Tubby\'s laid back approach and lack of motivation would prove to be a major plus in the Nba as everyone knows the games don\'t get serious until the 4th quarter. Coachs like Pitino or Calapari were not sucessful in the pros because their coaching is setup on intensity and the college rah rah. Tubby is just the opposite. He is not a motivator and would be perfect for the Nba bench and allow all the spotlight to shine on the players and sit back and collect the cash. We would love for you to take him off our hands

Tubby Smith is a good coach but really has trouble pulling off the big wins. If you\'re going to hire tubby why not Indiana\'s head coach? Or Mizzo\'s head guy, both of whom left before the season was over. They are hungry for a win, much more so than tubby who doesn\'t know what it\'s like to get squeezed out of the system for 1 bad season.
