    Default Joakim Noah

Anybody watched this kid during the first round of the tournament? The numbers are crazy throught the first two games:
16.5 points, 7.5 rebounds, 6.5 assists and 4.5 blocks and he can handle the ball. Hes looking like a lottery pick and to be honest after seeing him play, I\'d take him over LaMarcus Aldridge.

I saw him, and he looked like Kevin Garnett out there, No doubt.
BUT lets see how he does against Georgetown\'s 7\'2\" Roy Hibbert.

If Joakim can put up the same kind of numbers against Hibbert, Then I\'m sold.

I think noah is not that good, he\'s got a solid shot but he needs more size to make it at the next level.

At 6\'11\" and 227 pounds, he definitely doesn\'t have the mass to bang with the big boys in the NBA, but he does have the quickness and skills to cause big time matchup problems by playing away from the basket on the offensive end. Its really similar to the types of matchup problems that Charlie Villanueva causes.

Hes easily been the best player in the tournament this year. ITs not even close. I\'m not ready to make him the #1 pick yet, BUT hes #2 right after Morrison. What do you guys think of a potential 2006 - 2007 frontline of Wallace, Noah, Okafor?

If they drafted Noah, it still leaves a gaping hole at shooting guard, but hopefully they could find some options in free agency.

We know how Bernie likes drafting National Champs, With that being said, I guess they\'re probably already sizing Joakim Noah up for an orange uniform.
He initially said that he was returning to Florida, but after winning a National Championship he\'d be leaving a truckload of money on the table by returning. Theres really no reason for him to return to college. ( Technically I guess that he could be returning for all of the hot University of Florida Coeds, but he could more than make op for that with what he\'d gain in hot NBA groupies .... Damn, it must be nice to have to make those kind of difficult choices )

college hotties or NBA grouies Damn, give me the groupies... Seriously though, Joakim Noah is a nice player, but if he doesn\'t put on at least 20 pounds of solid muscle, hes going to get abused by some of the beasts that roam the paint in the NBA.

One thing that scares me about this dude is that he is being way WAAAAAAAY overhyped based on his tournament performance. The Bobcats organization has been real lucky drafting the tournament hype over their first 2 seasons, but this kid gives me the feeling that hes going to wind up like 1980s tournament hype \"Never Nervous\" Pervis Ellison.

So do you think we would pick him up and pass on Gay or Morrison?

If he can play center, then of these 3 I\'d rank them
    Morrison, Gay, Noah.
If he cannot play center then it\'d be
    Noah, Morrison, Gay.
