Overrated/Underrated

Give me your most OVERrated and UNDERrated players in the NBA.

My most Overrated is Big Ben Wallace. Yeah, I get it that he brings energy, he plays defense, he block shots blah blah blah. But his offense and free throw shooting are so bad that you can\'t afford to have him on the floor at the end of games. When the Pistons were on offense and Big Ben was in the lineup, they wer basically playing 4 on 5.

This is going to look like blatent homerism, but IMO Gerald Wallace has to be the most underrated player in the league. How in the hell do you put up the numbers that he did last season and get less than ZERO recognition for it. When hes on the court he changes the entire game.

You won\'t catch heat from me. Nash is at the top of my overrated list. Theres no wa he should have got the MVP this season over Kobe or Lebron.
Underrated is Elton Brand - He isn\'t just a good player, he is a great MVP caliber player, but he gets very little love from the media.

Overrated-Paul Peirce..dont know if people agree but whatever.

Overrated - Shawn Marion, hes a nice player, but thats about it.

Underrated - Shane Battier, hes a real intangibles guy similar to Wallace, and he doesn\'t get the respect that he deserves.
