2007 Mock draft

Hoopshype has a very early 2007 mock draft

Team positions are uncertain plus we don\'t know at this point who\'ll be in or out of the draft for sure. In their mock they had us taking Tiago Splitter, I\'ve heard about him supposedly being in the draft the last several years, but each year he pulls out.

Just out of curiousity, has anybody seen him play?

Yes, he is playing regularly for Brazilian National Team and has an increasing role in his team Tau Ceramica. I saw him last in the recent match Brazil vs. USA. He started at the center position, replacing Rafael Araujo. He has withdrawn last 3 years\' drafts, because of buyout problems he had with his club. But this year he will be totally eligible for the draft and certainly enter. However I\'m not sure if she will be a top three player, maybe a top ten choice he would be.

From what they say, hes a strong defensive presence. Do you see him as an NBA center or power forward?
