Emeka is rated the highest at 83 overall. Felton, Wallace and Morrison are rated highly also. Apparently KB isn\'t listed because they had no way to calculate an overall skill level with negative values.:P

On nba live 04 I took the ratings of the legend players and created them as new players. Magic,Bird,Wilt,MJ, and Worthy. All are rooks! lol obviously I don\'t lose. Could you post their ratings on here and I\'ll make them up as well.

I couldn\'t find the legends ratings online anywhere, but [url/sports.ign.com/articles/731/731817p1.html]this link[/url] has ratings for all players on all teams.
