This thread needed a bump. Especially since we\'re now 4-11 and tied with the Memphis Grizzlies for the WORST RECORD IN THE ENTIRE NBA!!!!

im with you, Bernie got us this far with good drafts and pretty decent personell moves.

Its time to go. we now need to take the next step, past Bernies best ability to nurture the young franchise.

thats a pretty fluffy way of saying, we need someone who can get us into and through the playoffs.

unfortunately i think you can forget bernie leaving this year. for a coach to be fired in midseason, would take high expectations and some media pressure.

we have none of the above. no one believes the bobcats have what it takes to get there yet, so no one is gonna say fire bernie.
and the media pays very very very little attention to us if any at all.

while most of us think we have a great talent base, our fanbase is still too small to make that kind of push. basically i think we are gonna have to wait this one out.

end of the year. Paul Silas will be the next bobcats coach. its just too obvious.

Its an embarrasment. Unless some changes are made in this organization, I would be surprised if we are able to keep any of our players past their original contract. Emeka has had 3 years of this shit, why would he want to stay. Ray has been forced to play off the ball because of Bernie's affection for Brevin. And Ammo is playing like someone who has already been driven insane by the losing.

I agree , A LOT OF THINGS HAVE TO HAPEN
1. Bernie has to go along with his son
2. We need to hit a home run in the draft
3. We need to resign Wallace
4. We need at least 2 good free agent pick ups.
5 Dont resign thease players with bad contracts, Like B.K. Ely, Anderson,Robinson Premo. to name a few
But JUST GET RID OF BERNIE 1st

That part is going to get tricky. Any coach worth having is going to want to get JB Bickerstaff off his staff or at the very least demote him to a level thats more in line with his experience. But will Bernie as GM be willing to hire a coach that will let his son go I don't know.
