I'm with that.
This team looks worse than it ever did and with Bickerstaff running this team, I don't see it improving any time soon.
So I agree with you, get Bernie out of here and lets hire a real coach.
By the way. Welcome to the board![]()
Paul Silas...Find him and hire him as head coach.
I think this is the best way to bring back the Glory Days to Charlotte...The team is obviously good (if you can look past their record). Lets stop making excuses...This team is a play-off team. They just don't have the guidance that they need. I don't need to post the key players on the roster for this to sink in, ya know...we already know it.
Everyone knows that Felton should be the starting PG, and not have to be the guy that chases SG's that are considerable mismatches for him... If you can't see that Sean May should be starting power forward then maybe you should think about life. I'm tired of people saying he's slow and unproductive. Just look what happens when he gets PT...he does better than anyone else on the team.
Sit Adam Morrison on the bench until he proves himself and stop giving this kid a free court pass just because he was the 3rd pick. He's super inconsistent and very unproductive when he's not streakily knocking down shots. Primoz Brezec is not that good either. He should come in when Emeka gets tired. Gerald Wallace needs to get the ball more and drive to the hoop. He is too atheletic not to do this.
Bernie might know basketball, but he doesn't know how to coach. It doesn't take somebody that works at jiffy lube to figure this out.
So please...sorry for digressing if I did, by the way...BRING PAUL SILAS BACK...he was the best coach Charlotte ever had...so whats the hold up?
Discuss.

Welcome to the board NiceCrispy
I've been a Paul Silas fan for years. I've felt hat he did a good job with the Hornets years ago (especially working with the big men) and he did a solid job when he was the coach of the Cleveland Cavaliers. They were in playoff contention when they made him the scapegoat for the Cavs' organizational problems. After he was fired the Cavs couldn't buy a win for the rest of the season.
Hes an underrated quality coach in my opinion and we could get hm without having to pay crazy Larry Brown type money.
The problem that we're having is since Bernie is the GM and the Coach we have to wait for him to fire himself. As much as I'd like him gone, I think we're stuck with him through the end of this season.
