Boston Celtics at Charlotte 12/16

Charlotte Bobcats are hosting Boston Celtics(9-13) tonight at 7 pm ET. Celtics are the hottest team in the East, with 4-game winning streak. But we've also rebounded wonderfully by beating East-leaders Magic in style after losing 4 in a row(including 3 ugly losses to 3 West-Powerhouses).

We'll face an injury-plagued team again, Celtics will be playing without 4 frontcourt players, Kendrick Perkins, Ryan Gomes, Theo Ratliff and Michael Olowokandi. But Al Jefferson is really becoming a threat, and of course Paul Pierce is Paul Pierce. If we get Jefferson into foul trouble early enough and Gerald does his job well to contain Pierce, I believe we'll win consecutive games for the first time this season.

May can surpass his career-high tonight, since Celts' frontcourt is so weak.

Tamburello, you're 100% right, this is the night that we get our first winning strek of the season. Boston is weak up front and between Emeka and Sean May, we should be able to exploit that and get a win.

The injury to Ryan Gomes is big for them because he's done really well against us both games. I do think we get our first winning streak of the season, and Emeka will BEAST Jefferson. I just hope Wallace can contain Pierce. Pierce kills us almost everytime we play them.

He must be hurt. Or there is no explanation we play Derek Anderson as PG since Ray picked up two early fouls. We trail 27-26 after 1st period, and we couldn't stop Jefferson-he scored 8.

I think that he banged his knee in the last game. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.

From just looking at the Yahoo game stats, it looks like Crash is off to a nice start with 9 points early in the 2nd quarter.

WOOW We jumped off to a great start to 2nd quarter. We outscored Celts 17-8.

Remember Magic game, we had outscored them in 2nd 30-20, it was where we caught the lead and never gave away. We want the same.

OMG. We let our 9-point lead go and now at 10-point hole 50-60!! How did that crap happened? How did we let Pierce score 21 points without missing a shot? We really suck right now.
