Default Interesting stats for the last 10 games.

I'm a statistics geek and I found these numbers interesting over the last 10 games:

    Raymond Felton
    15.5 ppg
    11.0 apg
    1.7 spg

On the strength of his last 10 games, Ray is on the verge of moving into the top 10 in the league in assists per game for the entire season. Hes currently 11th and is 0.1 apg away. If BK comes back and takes over the point, then thats more proof that the coach is an idiot.

    Matt Carroll
    14.7 ppg
    45% 3point FG%
What else can you say about Matt?

    Adam Morrison
    13.5 ppg
    3.7 rpg
    FG% - still well below 40%
Extremely Hot and Cold. Hes either Jessica Alba or the fat chick that couldn't get a date to the prom. No in between.

    Emeka Okafor
    12.9ppg
    13.0rpg
    2.8bpg
only 10.4 shot attempts per game
As hard as Emeka works on the defensive end, He DESERVES more than 10 shots a game.

    Thoughts on these numbers?

Yeah, Ray has been playing great with Alien head not looking over his shoulder after every play. The only thing holding us back is Bernie I know we have a vent thread but damn it's like he gives up after the half the T-Wolves/Orlando games this past week come to mind.

Matt has been shooting the ball lights out and only recently Bernie has been giving him consistent minutes on the floor like I said in the other thread with more minutes Matt will produce more numbers just look at the stats.

You hit the nail on the head about Ammo he's so damn inconsistent he'll put up 27 on one night and then follow that up with a 4 point game.

I agree that Meka needs more than 10 shots per game but he's not being aggressive because of him being in foul trouble so early in the last few games. I think we tried to feed Emeka the ball to much in the T-Wolves game last week when we should have kept the same forumula that was working with Felts, Matt and Ammo.

I agree those stats dont lie . Ray playiing the point with out Bernie and B.K looking over his shoulder could ave a duble duble EASY..
oK50 needs to shoot the ball about 15 times a game. But most of his shots should come from a repost. That would help prevent the duble team and give him better post position.
About Matt with wallace out , ONE of you guys ANY ONE give me a reason hes not starting over Anderson. That just pisses me off so bad. Some one give me a reason any reason Matts not stating over Anderson.
Starting and playing starting mins he will ave 20pts a game or more.

Matt is a stud! Give him the minutes. Derek Anderson oughtta be the 6th man at best until Alien Head and crash come back from injury. Matt definitely needs more minutes.

P.S. Excellent research Buckethead, you shall be applauded!

Look at the "Matt Carroll's Role" thread and you'll find many.

didn't include raymonds fg% i see...raymond takes poor shots. also, considering he plays almost every minute of every game that bk doesn't play, you should be expecting him to get that many assists. and considering how many shots he takes, he should have more than 15 ppg.

matt carroll, what else can i say about him? he plays lousy defense. he's an average passer, ball-handler, rebounder. the fact that we're screaming for him to be a starter hurts me.

adam is a rookie, what do you expect from him?

and you can't complain about mek not getting enough shots and glorify raymond at the same time. because raymond is taking more shots than anyone. he too often becomes a me-first pg, needs to be more of a distributor.

In the past 10 games Ray averaged 15 shots a game. Thats not gunning by any stretch of the imagination.
FG% 34.4% - That FG% sucks ass, Theres no defending it.

I don't believe that Ray's 15 shots are taking away from Emeka's 10. There is no reason that both Ray and Emeka can't get 15 shots a game.

1st Ray has had to play out of position for the last year. Hes a point not a two . Now that hes playing in his position expect to see his feild goal percentage to go up.
    2. Ive heard that junk about Matts defence befor. You must not go to many games. Matt is a very good on the ball defender very underated. If a guy comes out of the d league and turns out to be a solid player to me shows a lot of heart and deteranation. So if some one beats the odds hurts you then you must not be a real fan.

OK, i have been to at least 10 games this year and watch most of the road games on TV. matt is a GARBAGE defender, and somehow he always ends up guarding one of the other teams premier players. if tayshaun prince lights us up tomorrow, you'll know why. the bottom line is that he's NOT an NBA starter. i don't care if he's coming off the bench as 6-7th man, he can put it in the hoop, but he kills us in rebounding and defense because he is just another unathletic white guy. speaking of unathletic white guys, JAKE VOSKUHL. how many times has the other team just jumped over him to get a rebound? this is another guy that should NEVER start an NBA game. but both these guys are regulars in our rotation, and that's part of the reason that we're 9-23.

PS- what is deteranation? spell check.

We will see how bad Matt is tonight and you right about him on the other teams best players. That could mean hes one of the teams best on the ball defenders. Tell me who would you start at the two right now thet Wallace is out.
Yes Matt is White dude but i dont go judge him because the color or his skin. The Bobcats are a team skin color shuld not matter. But you allways run in to some stupid person. So your reason thet Matt shuld not start is because hes WHITE.
[ Matt is a regular in out roration and thats part of the reason we 9-23 ]

    Thanks Ammofan!
