he seems to be a very good player, but i don't know how he would fit into the bobcats offense
Theres a very good read on Yi Jianlian over at draftexpress
What are your thoughts on Yi? I've only seen him in highlights but hes 7 '0", 230 and listed as a PF/C. Looking at his frame and his game I don't see him being an NBA center, PF maybe but his game is more small forward-ish.
Any thoughts on this guy?

He's like Bargs last year Zig. You read all these things and see all these clips on you tube but without actally getting to watch him for at least one entire game it's hard to get too geeked about him.
In saying that, it sure does look like Bargs is living up to the hype.
He sounds like he could be great next to EO50. A little like a more athletic Primoz. I could see him fitting in quite well - being able to space the floor and open the paint up.
I hope to get a better feel for him during the workouts.
I;m sure not discounting him though.
Yi is going to be a professional baller but I don't see him being in a Bobcat uni. I don't think he would fit in very well in Charlotte but I believe he could thrive somewhere else like Portland or Utah.
Why do you think he would fit in at Portland but not in Charlotte?
I'm curious to see how he matches up with some of the other marquee draft prospects during the predraft workouts. I'd love to see how he could do in a workout matched up against someone like a Durant.
Hope he doesn't do the same thing as Ming when it comes to workouts.
Considering he isn't pegged as the #1 overall I can't see him taking the same path.
Like you Zig, I'd love to see how he stacks up to the Durants, Wrights and Horford's of the draft
oh i was just naming other teams that aren't in charlotte because i just can't see him playing for the bobcats
