Also tell me who you absolutely DO NOT want, and why.

In my mind its a done deal that Bernie is off of the bench after this season. I can't imagine under any circumstances MJ keeping Bernie on the bench one more season. Doing that would doom us to a 4th season of ping pong balls. So in about 20 more games Bernie's coaching will just be a bad memory.

So lets hear who you want on the bench the most and who you absolutely, positively do not want. I have a few in mind, but I'll wait a little bit before I chime in with my suggestions.

The work that Iavaroni has put in helping to create that Phoenix Suns system has been impressive. I'm surprised that nobody has snagged him already.

rick adelman because he is playoff tested and has had success at the highest level. he was robbed of a chance in the finals due to robert horry. but if he still has the desire, he could be a good fit getting the cats to the next level

Adelman - the guy did a knockout job in Sacramento with a hodge-podge team of less than all-star tallent. he got them to the playoffs (and competed well) every single year he was there, with a roster that changed dramaticaly from season to season.

Hands down, he's the best coach out there, and I think he could do amazing things with our talent. Playoffs for sure ... and i'd bet he'd get us in with home court advantage and probably a first round win.

Draft pick + 1/2 good free agent(s) + Adelman = second round of playoffs. mark my words.
