Default Other NBA front office people think that Jordan has an unfair advantage

Check out this article from Yahoo Sports

They are griping because they feel that Jordan has access to players that they don't have.

    Booooo Friggity Hooooo

its obviously not helping us out right now, i dont see how it could ever be an advantage.

sure the players might like him... but the bottom line is, well the bottom line. If Sacramento offers a player more money than the bobcats, then i dont care if MJ is here or not, that player is going to Sac-town

i don't see how these teams could possibly be scared of what the bobcats are doing, even with mj in the front office.

You think that kids would have to attend one of his schools to know who he is?

And what about Nike getting Kobe to talk with Durant about a $80 mil shoe deal?

That didn't seem to raise an eyebrow with the NBA

Along with the Kobe Nike deal, what about agents trying to talk to prospects every second of the day that aren't associated with teams?

They make some very valid points. Clearly its a pretty distinct advantage. I doubt the NBA will allow him to continue his current level of involvement.
