tubby would not have fitted in charlotte. he is a good coach and the pressure from all the kentucky fans to make it to the sweet sixteen every year or else got to him. the fans were really hard on him and he needed to get out. if making it to the ncaa tourney every year and losing in the second round is not good enough he needed to get out anyways. he couldnt really recruit so its good for kentucky. his good coaching skills will show in minnesota and he will have some good success over there.

well i guess tubby did not live up to the expectations there, however he is a good basketball mind, he was just overmatched in recruiting to build a champion there
